Former first lady, Hillary Clinton, has been telling reporters about her trip to the English Lake District, Cumbria, with husband Bill.
It's believed that the Clintons were in Britain having a quiet fishing holiday, before Hilary makes an all out assault on becoming the first female President of the USA.
She told our country matters correspondent Billy Flyfisher:
"We went out on Lake Connis-ton as Bill had been told about 'The Major', a forty pound Bream and he wanted to catch it.
"After an hour we were fed up as nothing was biting and we were just about to pack up when all of a sudden Bill hollers 'Yee-haw'. He'd hooked 'The major'"
The Spoof understands that Bill played the jumbo fish for at least an hour and just failed to land it, as in the end 'The Major' slipped from his grasp just as Bill was getting him into the boat.
Hilary was reported to be unphased by the slimy mess on Bill's trousers as a result of his scrap with 'The Major' telling reporters:
"Don't worry about that guys. I'm used to cleaning mess off his clothes all the Goddamn time"
