A man who has been keeping his cards close to his chest with regard to several areas of his life that are giving him concern, has decided to come clean, and share his problems with others he knows he can trust.
M*** K****** (name changed to protect his identity), 55, finally elected to 'go public', open up, and seek help from those qualified to deal with concerns like those he has.
He said:
"It's got to stop. I've been biting my tongue and keeping everything hidden away in the closet and 'under wraps' for far too long. The first step is to stop hiding, and to admit to yourself that there's a problem. Only then, can you address what's on your mind."
