PYONGYANG, North Korea - Word out of the North Korean capital is that Kim Jong Un is happier than a domestic cat in a sardine factory.
The Rice Paddy News Agency has reported that North Korea and the South American country of Bolivia have agreed to a trade deal.
According to North Korean Spokesperson Chung Duck Ho, North Korea will be sending fortified rice to Bolivia in exchange for missile parts.
The Bolivian government stated that the missile parts originally belonged to Cuba but they were traded for llamas back in 2001.
Kim Jong Un is so happy with the rice for missile parts deal that he has promised the Bolivian government that he will never launch a missile at their country.
