LA PAZ, Bolivia - Bolivian President Montero Santa-Cantina is said to be very upset with the recent threats made by North Korean leader Kim Jong Un which were directed at his country.
Kim Jong Un remarked that he is prepared to invade the South American country because they broke their Llamas For Rice Trade Agreement suddenly and without any notice whatsoever.
According to North Korea's national news Agency The Rice Paddy, Kim Jong Un is furious because the trade program has been in effect since October of 1987.
President Santa-Cantina stated that he is aware of how long the trade agreement had been in effect, but he added that after speaking with a representative from Scotland, Bolivia was offered a fantastic offer in a Llamas For Bagpipes Trade Agreement.
The Bolivian president noted that just within the past four years bagpipes have become very popular in his country and there are now over 90 bagpipe instructors throughout Bolivia.
He did point out that Bolivia will now buy rice from a rice factory located in Thibodaux, Louisiana.
And regarding Kim Jong Un's threat to invade Bolivia, President Santa-Cantina pointed out that he has been assured by the governments of Peru, Brazil, and Chile that they will stand by their fellow South American country and together they will turn back the invading North Korean infidels.
