Croatia planned to purchase Uruguay's used battleship, The US Guacamole.

ZAGREB, Croatia - The government of Croatia has just released a military news bulletin.

The bulletin states that their planned invasion of Japan has been cancelled indefinitely.

A spokesperson for the Croatian government identified as Kovlovin F. Dravosi, explained that Croatia was to have invaded Japan on December 13, but those plans have been scrapped.

Mr. Dravosi was asked by a reporter for Scotland's Ye Olde Lass News Agency to explain the reason.

He replied, somewhat embarrassed, that the purchase of the used battleship from the South American country of Uruguay did not go through.

Dravosi expressed extreme disappointment and utter sadness at the loan rejection, but noted that the way he sees it, it was just not meant to be.

He was asked by Ye Olde Lass News Agency's stunningly attractive reporter Kolty Tillicoulty if there was a chance that his country could possibly borrow the money from some other country such as China, Holland, or Lower Zamgola.

Dravosi shook his head and remarked that Croatia already owes China $2 million, they owe Holland $1 million, and they owe Lower Zamgola $8,245.

In Political News. Mitt Romney has dispelled the rumor that his book about the 2012 presidential campaign race will be titled, Me and That Little Bunny Foo Foo Fella.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
