Washington - John McCain wants to be known as "Ice Man" and not "Maverick" because he feels the nickname fits his personality better.
John McCain told reporters outside his Washington office:
"I used to identify with "Maverick," and loved the nickname, but then I looked at my voting record and realized the being a douche was more my thing. I now want the media and my colleagues to call me "Ice Man," if they please."
John McCain, who is still bitter about losing the presidency to Obama, denied accusations that his latest move to change his nickname was a sign that he just didn't have a firm grasp on reality.
