The Testicle Festival pays homage to that very famous American culinary delicacy - the mass gorging of deep fried bull testicles served with that equally gourmet sauce - ketchup. Following which celebrants engage in other typical American delights such as naked wrestling, butt-slapping and wet T-shirt competitions.
And to show you just how much gender equality there is in America, female celebrants toss off their tops and bare their boobs in what they call The Breasticle Festival.
