New York - (Porny Ass Mess): White House speech writer Jon Favreau has been dragged into the latest twist surrounding a lurid New York defamation suit.
Barack Obama's Director of Speechwriting has issued a statement distancing himself from the soft porn actor of the same name, currently embroiled in a $10 million New York defamation lawsuit.
"They got the wrong Jon Favreau! Truss me, it's the other guy!" Favreau said this weekend.
Meanwhile Swingers and Iron Man2 actor Jon Favreau is staying silent amid 'deeply degrading and nauseating' claims by Ms Krupnik about his solo sex scene in the movie Couples Retreat.
"My client's reputation has been sullied by the movie's tawdry and gratuitous use of her partially naked image as a sordid sex aid!" Krupnik's attorney commented today.
The photograph forms part of Ms Krupnik's intellectual property and the suit seeks $10 million restitution for the 36-24-34 Russian stunner's damaged reputation.
The former model - whose surname means pearl barley soup in Russian as well as a famous variety of vodka - is livid at a scene in the Couple Retreat movie where paunchy, middle aged actor Jon Favreau tosses off while ogling her bikini-clad photo.
"Should have used someone of Favreau's own age and corpulence for the photograph scene," pals of the anguished ex-model added.
"Let's see now...Susan Boyle?"
The hearing commenced later this week.
