In Memphis, Tennessee, a young second grade student has gotten into trouble after the teacher asked the students to draw a Holiday scene.
The boy handed his in, showing a manger scene with a donkey with a huge penis that fell to the floor.
The teacher took one look at the drawing and sent for the principal of the school, Bratcher Elementary.
The two then decided that they would send the 7-year-old home with a note that they wanted him to see a psychiatrist before he would be able to come back to school.
The boy's father, James Gillian, hit the roof and has now sued the school for damages of pain and suffering for his son who thinks he did something bad.
"My wife and I took our son on a trip to Santa Claus, Indiana and there was a scene there with real animals. The donkey certainly had a big one."
So Mr. Gillian insists that there be an apology to his son, an out of court settlement and that the boy's teacher admit that donkey's do have long dicks.
At last report, the teacher is now suing Mr. Bratcher for embarrassment in front of the school board and insisting that he, not his son, see a psychiatrist.
