Hugh Hefner has decided that, with the readership, make that viewership, of his magazine down nearly ten percent, he needs to make money elsewhere.
So, this morning a representative of the magazine announced that there will soon be the first ever Playboy Museum built in Las Vegas with plans for another one next year in Atlantic City.
Both places say they need the income and extra visitors to their area attractions and are giving the 'organ'ization all the encouragement and tax breaks that they can.
The museums will hold thousands of the original photos plus all the staff will be bunnies. Some rooms will also contain the original cartoons of such greats as Chas. Adams and Gahan Wilson.
Also there will be many outfits worn by different models over the years.
When questioned about building and expanding during an economic downturn, the representative stated, "The boss says, "If you build it, they will come."
