New Haven - (Reuterus): Annie Le murder chief suspect was reported undergoing bizarre new psychological testing after Connecticut's Lt John Bernard told the media that his mental health had been probed during a strip search.
The accused was then put in solitary for his own safety (sic) at the New Haven Community Correctional Center private unit.
His lawyers was to examine video footage of the medical examination in case their client confessed to something he might not have done if fully dressed.
Prison shrink Dr V Smart said today suspects often reveal more of themselves when stark naked so the clinical theories usually hold up.
