US President Barack Obama has said given a chance he would like to have a meal with his "real hero" Mahatma Gandhi.
My sources have revealed that Mahatma Gandhi has decided to grant his wish and invited Obama for dinner and it is scheduled for October 2nd 2009, Mahatma Gandhi's birthday.
However, Mahatma Gandhi is known for his simplicity and Obama will have to follow a specific dress code. He will will have to dress like Mahatma Gandhi!
So what does Mahatma wear?
The clothes he wore were a true reflectance of his beliefs. Gandhi wore the loincloth because it fit into the extreme discipline of a life he practised - that of chastity, abstinence from wealth hoarding, carnal pleasures, and surviving on minimal resources.
Well all this suits Obama's cost cutting ideas and also the economic conditions in the country.
Obama will have dinner with Mahatma Gandhi and strictly adhere to the dress code. He will travel to India with bare chest and wearing on a loincloth and a stick in his hand, also to express his gratitude to Mahatma, Obama is not going to wear any footwear and he wants to travel to India barefoot.
Insider information is George W Bush is not invited to the dinner. Wonder if Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela are invited?
