Washington AC/DC - (ReUterus & Ass Mess): Disgraced former US President Richard Nixon told former aide Chuck Colson that he believed it was 'necessary' to abort mixed-race babies - in case they grow up to become over-ambitious presidential wannabees.
That's the gist of Tricky Dicky's opinion following the release of 150 hours of tape and 30,000 pages of documents by the Nixon Presidential Library.
Nixon was commenting on Roe vs Wade, the landmark 1973 Supreme Court ruling which decriminalised abortion in America.
And in a further tape Nixon says he had several members of the Kennedy family under 24/7 surveillance after Senator Ted Kennedy fled the Chappaquiddick incident which killed Mary Jo Kopechne.
"Mark my words, that Ted Kennedy will one day champion the political aspirations of some half-caste wannabe all the way to the goddam White House!" the former President warned.
