Boston MA: As part of the Obama Administration's new "tax the rich" redistribution of wealth program, all rich people will be required to relocate to Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
The definition of rich is anyone with a net worth over one million dollars or earning over $250,000 dollars per year. The approach of physically moving the nation's rich people to Southern New England places the nation's "piggy bank" in one geographical location.
Thus, Southern New England will turn from blue to a very bright red with the influx of millions and millions of millionaires and people earning over $250,000 per year. As tax money is drained this area will begin to cool and turn blue again (just like the fall foliage) to indicate the money trees leaves are beginning to fall.
The Obama administration will pay all moving expenses for net worths up to millionaire, but not billionaire. Senators Kerry, Kennedy and Dodd are already in place. Special exceptions will be given to rich farmers and miners who must remain near their assets for management purposes.
Northern New England states Vermont, Maine and New Hampshire are worried about a spillover due to overcrowding and may hold a tea party.
