The IRS just kicked off a new campaign aimed at under the radar businesses children have been running for years. The new campaign plans to target such businesses as lemonade stands, grocery bag handlers, and private car washes just to name a few.

The IRS Form 1010 is designed so children can simply fill it out, with the help of parents, to report small business earnings and allowances.
