Washington AC/DC - (AssoCIAted Mess): The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies has confirmed today that the astrologically-sensitive January 20th Presidential Inauguration Date was picked for 'special relationship' reasons.
"The Capricorn/Aquarius cusp date was first used in 1937 for FDR's second swearing-in," a JCCIC source commented.
"It was picked to commemorate the first anniversary of the King George V's death," the source added.
"And what not many people realise is that the old King was given a massive dose of a cocaine/heroin cocktail straight into his jugular by royal physicians, so that his death could be conveniently reported in the morning press!"
