While walking from his car to his office Monday, embattled governor, Rod Blagojevich's toupe worked loose and blew down the street, completely covering a car and blocking a driver's view of the road.
"It was like a Wooly Mammoth suddenly slammed onto my car," Ferd Blattendorf stated. "The visibility on all sides of my car was suddenly obliterated. It was like something from a science fiction movie!"
Blattendorf's vehicle plummeted into a construction project that exposed a sewer drain.
"The whole incident stunk to high heaven," Blattendorf remarked.
Blagojevich commented, "They don't call it the Windy City for nothing."
When asked if he wanted his "rug" returned to him, Blagojevich responded, "Would you after a sewer incident like that?"
Blagojevich appeared to have a German Spitz strapped to his head while being interviewed. "This is just temporary," he remarked.
Blagojevich denied any suggestion that he made the Spitz bid for the position.
