Chicago, Illinois - (Ass Mess): Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich is to plead No Contest in the leaking the of the "Nein!" Germanic tracks prior to the release of Guns N' Roses' new album Chinese Kleptocracy.

LA Prosecutors have accused him of leaking the album on his online blog just weeks before the release of Axl Rose's semi-posthumous compilation.

In mitigation Blogojevich, 69, has claimed that cheap foreign CD imports from mainland China were stifling traditional copyright free-for-alls.

Lawyers for Axl Rose said today their client had been so distraught at the whole business that he'd booked himself in to a specialist embalming clinic for the forseeable future.

"It really got up his nose and under his skin," Dan E Shyster, attorney, said today.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
