Mount Palomar, California (IPP) - Scientists working in the DNA lab section of the Mount Palomar Observatory Campus (MPOC) have concluded with 100% scientific certainty that Sarah Palin and Vladimir Putin are one and the same.
Political observers first became suspicious when someone pointed out that Palin and Putin have never been seen in the same room at the same time. Later some other observers pointed out the similarities in their last names and in their facial characteristics.
A joint team of KGB and CIA operatives succeeded in obtaining hair samples from "them" and the samples were turned over to technicians at the MPOC and the results prove that Palin and Putin are one and the same person.
