President George W. Bush, under the mistaken impression that he is a bird, tried to flap his arms and fly to Camp David, Maryland.
The president's physician, Dr. Steven Wynadotte, said that the President apparently thought he would clear the hedge and fly away, but instead landed hard on his side in a stand of sticker bushes. Dr. Wynadotte was not certain exactly what type of sticker bush the President landed in but noted, "for a sticker bush, it's pretty vicious."
Dr. Wynadotte went on to allay fears that the president was unwell. "This has happened before. Usually we manage to keep him out of the stickers. Last week he got his foot caught in the urinal. It's always something."
