Augusta, Maine (IPP) - John McCain has picked gay Congressman Larry Craig to be his running mate. Larry Craig was arrested a few months ago for soliciting another man for prostitution in a public restroom. John McCain's second choice is former republican Congressman Mark Foley who had to step down for his involvement in a similar incident.
McCain said that Larry Craig had come clean about his ordeal. Ironically McCain had met Larry Craig recently in the stall of a men's restroom when Larry accidentally tapped MacCain's show with his own as they sat side by side in adjacent restroom stalls.
Mark Foley is the back up choice in case Larry Craig goes to prison or must step down for whatever reason.
FOX News accidentally identified Larry Craig and Mark Foley as being Democrats in their on-screen subtitles when they ran stories on these politicians recently giving the false impression that McCain has chosen a Democrat as his running mate.
In other news McCain told reporters that he was going to use a political ad against Obama which shows a white woman giving Obama the universal hand signal to call her. She also winks and smiles at Obama in the powerful anti-Obama tactic designed to turn white southern men against Obama. The same type of ad was recently used in Tennessee by Bob Coker in his successful campaign against Democratic candidate for Congress Harold Ford Jr. who is a light skinned black. Coker narrowly defeated Ford in that campaign.
