Hempstead, NY - (Ass Mess): A moose has been found hanging in a New York suburban police department that prides itself on its eco-friendliness according to reports.
Police Chief Joseph Wing said the moose was spotted in a locker room yesterday.
An immediate call for help was made to the Nassau County police to help investigate what has been described as "bizarre and animalphobic" incident with beastial overtones.
The Hempstead PD recently upped its eco-awareness campaign by displaying a banner noting its participation in a countyside movement promoting animal rights.
"This moose news is shocking," a spokesman for the Nassau Country Club Bear-Baiting Association said today.
"WTF is going on?"
