Outer Banks, North Carolina (IP) -The state of North Carolina is setting up giant movie set fans used to create wind in movies along the NC coast in order to blow the latest Atlantic tropical storm out to sea.
Governor Dempsy Dumpster rented the Huge fans from Hollywood, California rental company WE Rent Alltoall.
The fans are being flown into Kitty Hawk International Airport by huge Air Force transport planes.
In other news the state of North Carolina has declared war against Texas and Oklahoma for hogging all of the rain. Texas and Oklahoma have a rain surplus of over 20 inches and North Carolina has a rain deficit of over 20 inches.
Governor Dempsy Dumpster of NC has called out the militia and has ordered them to go to Texas and Oklahoma and give those states a thorough throttling. He was unable to call on the National Guard of NC because they are away in Iraq and are mired in a quagmire over there.
Oklahoma is an American state and Texas is a foreign country. It is a well known fact that Texans are just Mexicans who got lost on their way to Oklahoma. Oklahoma has ordered all of its women folk to evacuate the state and Texas has ordered its sheep to do the same.
Some folks wonder why Oklahoma is so concerned about its women folks due to the fact that North Carolina men are interested only in women who are in their own family circle. Texas will defend its territory by dragging prisoners of war from other states behind pick-up trucks.
Governor Dempsey Dumpster of North Carolina says that the last straw was when the governors of Texas and Oklahoma made an appearance on national television and dumped gallon containers of water onto the ground just to show the NC governor how they had so much water compared to his state. The governor of North Carolina, Dempsy Dumpster, could clearly be seen licking his parched lips as he was shown watching the governors of TX and OK making a watery spectacle out of themselves. Dempsey said, "gosh darn it to heck, they ain't gonna get away with this horse crap, just youins wait and see !"
