After another yearly competition to disgrace their hairless, saggy tongued, discolored, wrinkled Chinese crested dogs, fans of uglyness are pleased to announce the new winner of the Ugly Dog Contest. Luci is a 15 year old Chinese crested/Tasmanian devil mix with a King Kong sized attitude.
Owner Doris Dufford is proud of her pet, "I just love her to death, even though she isn't real affectionate." Mrs. Dufford received Luci as a gift from her ex-husband on the first anniversary of their divorce.
"She was so disobedient when I got her I named her Lucifer, but when I woke the next morning and found six little devils in her kennel I had to shorten it to Luci."
