Threatened with loss of funding for operations, The Office of the Vice President of the United States of America has found an alternate means to oversee and dominate all three branches of government.
Operating funds donated by Kellog, Root and Brown and office space paid for by The United Arab Emirates and OPEC will ensure The Vice Presidents Office will continue to operate as it has for the past six years, spinning propaganda and keeping the war to create more terror functioning on a world wide basis.
When asked for comment this morning at The White House, President Bush stated that "the Democrat Party has again refused to support the war for terror".
Political experts for the most part agree that though strange, this chain of events make sense to them. Rather than take funding and salaries for Vice Presidential operations from the American taxpayers, Cheney's office may as well be paid directly by the entities he actually works for and directs National Policy in favor of.
