The only sane Republican

WASHINGTON (FMLiveWire) - Ron Paul was the only one of ten Republican presidential candidates for president to oppose a US attack on Iran using nuclear weapons in the latest TV debate in New Hampshire.

Rudy Giuliani, Mitt Romney, John McCain and all others except Ron Paul proved themselves to be committed AIPAC and Israel monkeys as well as lunatics advocating mass murder who are unfit for the White House, like George Bush and Dick Cheney currently are.

The debate was broadcast on CNN and moderated by CNN anchorman and AIPAC prostitute Wolf Blitzer.

Blitzer asked the candidates, "If it came down to a preemptive US strike against Iran's nuclear facility, if necessary would you authorize as president the use of tactical nuclear weapons?"

All candidates except Paul directly or tacitly agreed they would. They also vowed to persevere in the US effort to control oil-rich Iran, just as they also seek to control Iraq's oil in an illegal, immoral, and corrupt war.

Iran is developing uranium enrichment in order to fuel peaceful nuclear reactors.

Congressman Ron Paul of Texas has long been a critic of the Iraq war and of any war against Iran.

He said he thought the most pressing moral issue facing America is "the acceptance just recently that we now promote preemptive war. I do not believe that's part of the American tradition...And now, tonight, we hear that we're not even willing to remove from the table a preemptive nuclear strike against a country that has done no harm to us directly and is no threat to our national security!"

His remarks received considerable applause.

Yet Paul's comments received virtually no reportage in the USA, nor did the insane endorsement of a nuclear strike against Iran by the other candidates.

Meanwhile, Europe-based Reuters reported that "Republican candidates for US president agreed on Tuesday that Iran must not develop atomic weapons even if a tactical nuclear strike is needed to stop it."

Virtually all Republicans except for Paul as well as Democrats are in AIPAC's pocket and support escalating the US campaign of diplomatic arm-twisting, economic sanctions and military threats against Iran.

CNN is a traitiorous, Zionist controlled broadcast company like Fox.
