A spokesperson from the Ginsu knife company announced yesterday that former professional football superstar and double murder defendant O. J. Simpson has signed a contract to do a series of infomercials to be seen on late night television.
Details of the deal are being kept under wraps. However, a source close to the Buffalo Bills and University of Southern California Trojans running back said that the amount was "substantial."
Controversy has surrounded Simpson ever since he was charged with the murders of his former wife Nicole Brown-Simpson and Ronald Goldman. He was acquitted of the murders in 1995 and has lived under a cloud of suspicion ever since.
