Wisconsin - (Ass Press): A Wisconsin male suffering from low self esteem has been sentenced into a psycho-sexual rehab clinic program after being found guilty of molesting a dead deer.
Bryan James Hathaway, a 20 year old unemployed man from Superior, was already on parole from a custodial sentence for killing a horse in 2005 with the intention of having sex with it.
Hathaway pleaded no contest on both occasions. But he asked for leniency after asking the judges if they had "ever seen the women round here?
"Most of them make bestiality with a dead animal seem like the only sane preference."
In sentencing Hathaway to the Institute for Psychological and Sexual Health program in Duluth, Minnesota, the court heard testimony from expert witnesses who testified last month in the case of a 45 year old Saginaw man, Ronald E Kuch, in a related bestiality/necrophilia case in Michigan.
Kuch was charged with sodomy, indecent exposure, bestiality and resisting and obstructing an animal control officer after being caught having sex with a road-kill Alsatian dog.
And although Michigan law is unequivocal that sex with a dead dog is not illegal - no doubt to the relief of hundreds of thousands of State residents - Kuch was sent for de-programming at a psycho-sexual clinic "to secure the safety of other dumb beasts" in the locality.
In sentencing Hathaway, the judge told the court that his behavior was disturbing to the natural wildlife ecosystem and must be expunged "before some idiot goes and makes a movie about it."
