There were scenes of drama on a public transport bus in Chicago at the weekend, when a man was allegedly 'interfered with' whilst travelling as a passenger in the vehicle.
Eric Johnson, 43, was sitting towards the front of the bus, when another man got on and sat directly behind him. No sooner had the man taken his seat, than Mr Johnson felt a pair of strong - but supple - hands gently caressing his shoulder blades.
Johnson's first inclination was to ask the man just what the Hell he thought he was doing, but the soothing way the fingers delved into his aching shoulders, pushing, pulling, kneading away the stressful feelings in his body, made him stop himself. Indeed, such were the caring caresses of the strangers hands, Eric began to wish he was going on a longer journey.
Suddenly, the bus came to a juddering halt, and, with it, the massage. A car had veered in front of the bus, causing the driver to take evasive action. Eric turned around to see the face of his masseuse, but the seat was empty.
Police are not investigating.
