Hawking

March 14, 2018--A man known for his appearances on The Simpsons and other popular shows has passed away. Stephen Hawking died at the age of 76.

Hawking is perhaps best known to viewers for his appearance on the popular cartoon The Simpsons. In the episode's best joke, Hawking observes the local town of Springfield and makes the dismissive comment, "This is not a utopia. It's not even Fruitopia." Hawking was also on Futurama, a show which didn't achieve the wild popularity of The Simpsons but is nonetheless quite popular with nerds. He also appeared on Star Trek: The Next Generation and even lent his voice to a Pink Floyd video.

Mr. Hawking battled a rare neurological illness all his life and spoke with the aid of a voice synthesizer. Mr. Hawking also worked as a theoretical physicist and was particularly associated with the study of black holes, which are some kind of objects in outer space.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
