WASHINGTON, DC - President Obama and ISIS have struck a deal to allow as many as 110 mass-killings per day in the USA.
The deal, announced by ISIS Spokesman, Apul Madeek-Auod, was verified by President Obama's Press Secretary, Dick Swett.
The deal will allow ISIS to commit up to 110 mass-killings per day, with a limit of 326 victims per incident.
If ISIS exceeds the agreed limits, the State Department will issue a harshly worded warning on the first offense. The second offense will result in a written letter of reprimand from the President of the United States, to be placed in ISIS's permanent file. The third offense will result in a formal inquiry request to the United Nations.
