The Oklahoma Times reported today that Senator James Inhofe -in an act of great irony fell through the ice while skating on a lake that has always been well frozen this time of year.
His last words as he slipped beneath the water were; "Oh my god please save me i was so wrong in denying climate science!"
"Inhofe was the head of the senate energy committee and a great obstacle to persuing necessary goals to save our planet." Said president Obama and his loss is a great help to those of us who know what has to be done to minimize greenhouse gas emissions!"
The Times reported; "he would not believe the ice was not thick enough to support him and we are lucky that his wife and two children were notfar enough out on the ice when it cracked open."
Nancy Pelosi Democratic House leader said,"Inhofe was a typical Oklahoman schmuck and we are glad he's dead!"
She concluded; "in most states he could not be elected dog catcher!"
