As the world shuttered at the prospect of World War 3 this morning, word of a private conversation between Russian leader Putin and President Obama was leaked by inside sources at the White House. The source, who requested anonymity, stated: "I suppose throughout the history of mankind this is what it always comes down to!"
President Barack Obama appeared late morning in the Rose Garden and when asked about Putin's statement he responded with a one sentence answer before turning and leaving the podium: "He's got to be kidding!"
