WASHINGTON, DC - President Obama declared war on winter this morning after Washington DC was hit with another terrible snow storm, dropping nearly four inches of snow on the capital city.
In the three previous snow storms, nearly ten inches of snow has accumulated, causing lawmakers and citizens to panic. Government has closed again, with government workers receiving full-pay while they battle the snow by watching TV and peering out their windows.
"This snow will not stand", Mr. Obama declared. "Americans will continue to sit idly by as they always have. We will not let winter cause undue stress, strain and physical activity for millions of idle Americans", he added.
