WASHINGTON (AP) Within hours of signing the Military Commissions Act into law, President Bush declared MSNBC TV Countdown host Keith Olbermann to be the first unlawful enemy combatant under the new provisions.
"There is little in my mind," said the President, "that doubts that this Olbermann fellow is an enema of my administration and thereby an enema of the United States."
Keith Olbermann has recently called President Bush "unconnected to the truth" and is now blaming Bush for the death of habeas corpus.
The President responded by saying:
"I think I'd remember if I killed somebody named Habeas Corpus. Never happened! Is he the good looking detective in that HBO show?"
