WASHINGTON, D.C. - A spokesperson for the Department of Social Security has just announced that the department is paying out a lot more than it is bringing in.
Social Security spokesperson Raquel Follyfeeni, 38, told American Spotlight Magazine that the way things are going, the department could end up with about $29,000 by the year 2016.
She said that she and other Social Security executives have looked at all kinds of ways to bring in more revenue but as US President Grover Cleveland said back in October of 1888, "You can't get butter from a chicken no matter how hard you coax the little bitch."
President Obama has also looked into the situation and he says that he is going to see about holding a White House garage sale and putting all of the money generated by the sale into the Social Security Department.
SIDENOTE: Meanwhile the president has set up a three-man committee to look into the possibility of restricting Social Security benefits to only those individuals who do not have over $100,000 in checking and savings accounts combined.
