ALBANY, NY - New York's attorney general, Eric Schneiderman, sued Donald Trump for $63 million Monday, saying the real estate mogul violated New York's law that prevents citizens from hiding their face in public.
The alleged incident occurred last week, when a brisk breeze caused The Donald's comb-over to temporarily flip down over his face.
Schneiderman said "many citizens of the great state of New York were shocked when Mr. Trump's hair wasn't perfectly coiffed. Women were seen fainting and many men cried in public. The act clearly violated New York's Penal Law 240.35(4)"
"Trump also engaged in deception at every stage of the incident, trying to repeatedly push his hair back into place.", he added.
Trump shot back that the "lard ass Democrat's lawsuit is false and politically motivated".
