As president Obama was holding a press conference with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, a light drizzled of rain started. Obama was seen looking skyward, and then to the ground. He admitted later on that he had summoned to the heavens to make the rain stop.
"I am used to getting my way, and I feel that it is in my power to make the rain stop, and it did not. Everything else I have wished for has come true. I beat Hillary, I got elected, I got my Obamacare through, and I beat Mitt. Why can't I stop the rain," he asked assembled reporters. "I didn't know Marines couldn't carry umbrellas in uniform, did I get them in trouble," he asked.
The president later admitted to Erdogan that he uses a little hair color to bring out the white hair a bit, he thinks it makes him look more intelligent and more distinguished, and the rain might streak and run white stripes down his face.
The two Marines have been placed under arrest for holding the umbrellas and are presently incarcerated in an undisclosed location.
One of the two Marines commented, "Hey, he tells me to get him an umbrella, I did, then he tells me to hold it, what was I gonna say, no to him, so I did, I knew it was wrong, but, well ......"
