While it's questionable whether or not Lance Armstrong will serve jail time for alleged fraud, friends say the former cyclist is preparing for that possibility by training on a bicycle with just a seat post, and no seat.
"Lance has always been the kind of guy who likes to be prepared, so I'm not surprised by this," said Armstrong's former cycling teammate Dewey Winchcup.
An anonymous source said former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich, who is serving a 14-year prison sentence for corruption, contacted Armstrong from jail and recommended that Armstrong begin the seatless bicycle training now.
"Blagojevich is very popular in prison because he has nice hair--kind of like Donald Trump's--and he's trying to help Lance prepare just in case he goes to jail," the source said, adding, "I think it's very kind of Blagojevich."
