Deceased actress Bea Arthur is suing the National Enquirer over a feature that appeared in last month's issue entitled, "Stars You Thought Were Dead But Aren't."
According to Arthur's attorney, Dee Icer, the crux of the lawsuit is the fact that Arthur is indeed dead.
"This is terrible. Here's poor Bea, trying to relax and enjoy her death and stay out of the news and avoid the paparazzi, and this tabloid recklessly includes her in this article," said Icer.
Bernie Funt, the tabloid's attorney, declined to comment other than to say, "Really, she's dead? I thought she was alive."
