Lady Gaga is standing up for one of her fans who she wants to vindicate in the light of the truth.
A student in Texas, who is a fan of Lady Gaga, with no criminal record and who is also an honor student was thrown in jail by a mildly, retarded judge who managed to slip by the system because of faulty voting procedures.
The truancy system is suppose to help students not destroy the lives of American citizens. The court system should not run the truancy program. The dean of a school is suppose to run the truancy program and students should be made to report to a Saturday counseling program and they should make up the missed days on Saturdays and Sundays, so they can learn to correct their mistakes.
Metaphorically, the legal system is cutting a student's right hand off as punishment, so the student can use both hands to build a career. With a misdemeanor for a truancy the student will have a difficult time entering a high paying job which goes against the concept of attaining a higher education.
The judge said Tran's case was bigger than the individual situation of one student and he is right because it should be the case that breaks his balls and gets him removed from the bench. He is not an honorable judge, he is just a human being who is afflicted with fallacies just like a dog that is afflicted with diseases.
"If you let one student loose, what are you gonna' do with the rest of 'em?," said the judge. "Let them go too?"
If we as human beings use the judges method of reasoning then we would come up with the same conclusion that Hitler came up with, "If you let one Jew out of Auschwitz, what are you gonna' do with the rest of 'em? "Let them go too?"
"If you let one judge loose, what are you gonna' do with the rest of 'em?" said Lady Gaga. "Let them go too? Lady Gaga was responding to the stupidity of the judge.
Lady Gaga said the girl had a lot more to juggle than the average teen.
"She goes from job to job from school. She stays up until 7 a.m. in the morning doing her homework," said Gaga.
The girl's parents spilt up and moved away, leaving her to support her younger sister.
The U.S. legal system is based on deliberate lies, misconceptions, misguided religious viewpoints, outdated precedence, and plain greed. Very little of it is based on a true understanding of justice based on scientific and evolutionary laws.
"That is why the legal system is wrong for America." said Lady Gaga.
