The mystery blonde woman who has been spotted all over the world in the past month, was apparently spotted on board a cross channel ferry, sailing from Cherbourg to Portsmouth last night.
Several witnesses reported seeing the blonde woman in the bar area, drinking a drink, before leaving for an undisclosed destination, which would probably have been a sleeper cabin.
Later reports had her passing through customs at Portsmouth Ferry Port and disappearing across the car park.
"I saw her in the bar on board the ferry," truck driver, Gerry Manders told reporters. "But then I lost her. She probably went off to a sleeper cabin or something."
Another passenger reported that he had seen the mystery blonde drinking some sort of liquid from a glass at the bar.
"It was a clear liquid," he said. "And it had ice cubes in it. I don't know what it was. I couldn't say if she was British or French or whatever, because I didn't actually hear her speak. She's a beautiful woman though. All elegant and sophisticated and that. I don't know who she is or what she does, or anything about her, but I can understand why people are so fascinated by her."
This latest sighting contradicts an earlier report that the mystery blonde had been sighted in an off licence in London Street, near Paddington Station, in London, England, buying a bottle of chianti and two packets of pork scratchings.
A similar report claiming to have sighted the mystery blonde on a bus in Guadalajara, Mexico, has also been discounted, as apparently the woman in question wasn't a proper blonde, just a bit mousy.
The intrigue goes on.
More as we get it.
