Doctors and Nurses are worried that Andrew Lansley may survive. The architect of the dismantaling of the NHS has won strong Tory backing for the move towards rewarding private companies with the profits of dealing with low cost health care.
He told a troubled House of Commons that the LibDems U Turn on the Health Bill they had previously supported made him sick. Taking a tablet thought to be an anti-depressant Lansley fired several shots at the weakened LibDem patient as it struggled to spin itself into the U Turn. The wheel chair skidded and several LibDem MP's were left bewildered on the ground.
'After the Next Election' Lansley joked 'a wheelchair should be sufficient for the total number of LibDem MP's.' Tory backbenchers were jubilant at this dismissal of their Coalition colleagues.
'They're on the run, ready for the hounds to tear them apart' cried a rightwinger anticipating the future.
