But S&M aficionado Max Mosley spoke today in defence of David Schneider - who played Joseph Goebbels in the satirical movie 'Churchill: The Hollywood Years'.
An alleged super-injunction taken out by the actor was outed on a social networking site this weekend.
"WTF?" were Max Mosley's very words when asked to comment about an alleged sordid BDSM shenanigans cover-up.
"Should have gone before Mr Justice Omerta, would have nipped the whole thing in the bud!"
Mosley was commenting on reports that a legal gagging instrument supposedly protects Schneider's alleged trips to a London brothel offering BDSM services.
Last year media reports about a US police investigation into The Holy Roman Emperor VIP Club, a celeb brothel that caused the downfall of ex-NY Governor Eliot Spitzer, claimed it operated a BDSM parlor in central London frequented by 'top knobs' listed in the Hun-Day Times' That's Rich! list.
