The ex-Westmonster Council CEO died suddenly yesterday 'with the Mayor of London at his bedside' according to Daily Smearer reports.
Oddly posed images of the 49 year-old politician make the former Deputy Mayor's head look way too big for his actual frame.
"That's Sir Simon for you!" chirped a City Hall pal this afternoon.
"Always too big headed for his own good - even in death."
Milton famously presided over Westmonster Council's subterfuge policies of exonerating notorious gerrymandering slag Dame Shirley Porter.
The ex-Tesco heiress famously trumpeted Mrs Thatcher's homes-for-votes scam which became one of the 1980s' most successful.
