It seems dogs really have got an understanding. As reported yesterday, violent dog owner Terry Beard, 42, from a Council Estate bit his West Highland Terrier Wesley for no apparent reason.
Wesley is well known on the estate as he walks with a pronounced limp and to be honest does look a bit sorry for himself sometimes.
Word must have travelled fast in canine circles because the very next day Beard, a nasty character, was out walking Wesley when he was set upon by a very cross terrier called Norman, and an angry sausage dog called Phil.
They both took a bite out of the owner's legs and seemed to quite enjoy it before scurrying off down a side street. One onlooker said
'He deserves it. Fancy biting a dog. The man's an animal. And call me daft if you like but I'm sure those dogs were laughing.'
