Last year a Baltic stray doggy who had had enough of the human race attempted to escape from them by jumping into the freezing Baltic Sea, catching a passing, freezing iceberg and hoped to reach sparsely populated, Lapland.
The "barking mad" doggy, nicknamed Baltic, who had intended to join up with his canine colleagues, wild huskies, was spotted by a passing Polish ship who thought the brave dog was stranded, lost and dying so they "saved him?"
After a year of being "saved" the doggy is still aboard the ship because the sailors thought they would do him a favour and adopt him?
The sailors didn't actually realise that he was trying to escape from people like them and love having the dog on board; but Baltic has other ideas and as soon as he reaches a Lapland port, he's going to "Mutiny on the Bounty", do a runner and fulfill his dream about becoming a wild husky.
In the interim he's "licking" it up being spoilt by the Polish sailors with whom he hasn't one single "bone to pick!"
