Male patients in the greater Manchester area waiting for a cyst to be removed around the genital areas are being warned, make sure the surgeon is not Jordanian!
Jordanian surgeons working in UK hospitals have developed strange habits whilst operating on their male patients: Instead of just removing the cysts they are also removing testicles if they just happen to be in the way!
A Jordanien top-surgeon, Professor Ali Jihad-Nobollocks (of Scottish descent) gave the following explanation:
"In Jordan whilst operating in these areas if a man has his 'balls' in the way we just cut them off (ouch!), there are too many poor kids anyway, these men should know better and Eunuchs are a dying breed also!"
UK men be warned, if you have an unwanted cyst around the parts in Greater Manchester and the only surgeon available is Jordanian, jump on a plane and head for Poland, they love their meat "balls" there and the women love sucking them too!
