In a move that will please Saudi Arabia's justice system, the Coventry woman who threw a cat into a wheelie bin, will herself be thrown into a wheelie bin for fifteen hours.
"It is a victory for common sense!" Said the cat's owner.
Saudi Arabia has recently been criticised over their, "eye for an eye" policy, which would see a convict deliberately paralysed for punishment, after he committed a knife attack.
Although "The Cat Binner of Coventry's" punishment will be less severe than permanent paralysis; she is expected to suffer with a dead leg from being inside the cramped bin for an extended period of time.
Dr. Polo (who has worked with magician, David Blaine), informed us that the dead leg is, "likely to be a temporary affect."
Police have refused to reveal any details about the woman who committed the cruel act, for fear of angry reprisals.
A spokesman from Coventry Police said, "We don't want people knowing where she lives. For her own protection we have placed several officers at her front door... we ask that anybody who sees the officers at the front door, to move along and not tell anybody else. "
"The Cat Binner of Coventry" will remain under house arrest until the punishment can be served next week.
