Yesterdays story of the old lady who put a cat in a wheelie bin and left it to die got a little worse this morning when it was learned that the mama cat, Lola, is doing fine but she lost her kittens, that came too early.
Most believe it was due to her being so frightened being in the wheelie bin for fifteen hours before being rescued.
"I'm sure Lola's heart is broken", stated owners Daniel and Stella Minn. "And so is our eight-year-old daughter who had planned on finding owners for the kittens."
Stella told our reporter that their daughter had already gotten three of them a home.
"Since there were only three which came too early, those people she promised are going to be as sad as out Lindy when she delivers them a dead kitten."
Meanwhile, The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) say they think they have the lady on the video but that a lot of these old pussies look alike.
"After studying the video with it slowed down, we have eliminated all but 12", stated one police officer who has helped round up the old pussies and nearly been clubbed to death by broom handles.
